- In Registry Editor, locate the following registry key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall - Look for the software you want to uninstall by clicking on each key (folder) under 'Uninstall'. The name of the software related to each key is shown in the field 'DisplayName'.
- Once you find the key for the software you want to uninstall, look for the field 'UninstallString'.
- Open up the 'Run' programme from the start menu, and copy and paste the 'UninstallString'.
- The uninstallation should kick off.
